What happened
Employee states I working in the main freezer in the backroom to break down our frozen load. I was grabbing a box of frozen crabs to place on the runner. I slipped on a patch of ice and twisted rolled my right ankle. At this time I felt minor pain in my right ankle right knee and right lower calf leg.
