What happened

Employee states that they felt a strain in their back while moving pallets during their shift on [REDACTED]. Employee did not feel that the pain warranted getting it looked at by a doctor or taking any time off of work. Upon standing up after the huddle on [REDACTED] Employee felt his back completely seize up to the point that he couldn 't move. I Service Team Leader was called to the backroom where Employee was sitting with his hands on his knees. He stated that he was in extreme pain and was not even able to move his hands off of his knees without the pain getting much worse.
