Stepping up onto the yogurt wall ledge.

Employee states I was stepping up onto the yogurt wall ledge to get a yogurt for a customer that was pushed to the back. When pushing off with my left foot I felt a pop in my left knee. Causing pain in my left knee. I was unable to bear weight on it for about an hour. I took some Tylenol and put an ice pack on it for about 20 minutes. It then felt fine to bear weight I just couldn 't pivot my body. I started working runners again and when I did it started hurting again. That is when I called a manger. Employee also states While I was breaking down the load [REDACTED] my left knee started hurting. I took Tylenol and it went away. I was not able to bend or kneel down on my knee. I made [REDACTED] my manager aware. She suggested I fill out an incident report. I was being stubborn and I did not want to fill one.
