What happened
Employee was sitting on the edge of the patient bed while helping her with pushing during childbirth. When she stood up and went to step away from bed her pant leg got stuck on the stirrups tucked under the bed. She caught her fall on the delivery table that was set up next to the bed. Her back did a twisting motion when she went to catch her fall and she felt a twinge of pain at the time.
