Employee states she was moving shopping carts that were filled with water buckets in the 55 room near the floral truck. She states she doesn 't know what she did to cause it but that she was feeling pain in her right shoulder ever since. She states that it was difficult to lift her arm above her head. She went to lunch when the pain started to see if the pain would go away but it did not. The employee filled out an accident report around [REDACTED] but did not contact Medcor. She went back to work but she stated the pain seemed to be getting worse so she came back to call Medcor.
