Before the incident
Putting load away in the freezer
What happened
There is a long metal rack that pizza has and they put it in the freezer to freeze their bread and I pushed the rack down a little bit so I could have room when I went to lift up the bread I didn 't have enough room to turn and when I went to lay the bread down I heard my back pop and realized I turned wrong. I proceeded to put the load away but something didn 't feel quite right. I had another employee get me Ibuprofen from the kitchen I told my manager that I hurt my back and she asked if I wanted to do an incident report but I decided I would finish my shift. when I went to leave my manager noticed I was limping and asked again if I would do an incident report. I went home and took medication at home but when I woke up today I noticed it was even worse so I decided to go to the emergency room.
