What happened
Employee stated he stopped to answer a customer 's questions customer in the vehicle next to the person started backing up. Employee stated he asked them to please wait and received a thumbs up from them. Employee stated he started to move the row of carts and the customer still proceeded to back up at the same time hitting the carts which initially hit the employee 's leg he stated he then heard a pop from his leg. He continued to push the line of carts forward to get out of the way and the customer then backed up again hitting the employee 's leg with the vehicle as well.
