What happened
I reached into the service case with my arms fully extended to pick up a piece of meat. The meat was wet and slimy and weighed about 10 12 pounds. The meat slipped and I almost dropped it. I had to tilt my arms to the left and it slipped and hit my left thumb. I felt a pop. I proceeded to wrap the meat went home went to bed and woke up in pain. When the pain didn 't go away I went to urgent care.
