Performer entered the downstage area via a door and steps that have been present and rehearsed on prior. However with added elements as part of the rehearsal process the performer was paying more attention to other elements on the stage and attempting to complete the entrance quickly. He was not watching the area he had remaining on the stage and took an additional step off the lower edge of the stage causing him to fall.
