DA Statement As I was loading my Van I stepped down on the rail and lost balance slipping on the rubber piece that was attached to the bumper I fell on my right Ankle where it completely went to the side and all my weight fell on it I instantly felt pain and a burning sensation I immediately reached out to dispatch to report There were also witnesses on the pad that also saw what happened I will be seeking medical treatment
