What happened
[REDACTED] around [REDACTED] team member from Express Pros temp agency was helping another team member unload a pallet that was damaged from 1 side. DOCK Door [REDACTED] Employee helped balance pallet so the pallet jack could fit under the pallet. When employee stepped to the side and lost her balance. Employee fell over her left arm. Feeling pain on her left arm she could not move it. The team called [REDACTED] and fire department arrived at [REDACTED] to provide the service at EPDC. Ambulance paramedics arrived at [REDACTED]. The decision was made to take employee to the nearest hospital [REDACTED] for further examination. EPDC team called the temp agency for them to follow their protocol.
