What happened
While examining the console I set my coffee mug on the tray so I could bend down and look underneath it. While I was kneeling [REDACTED] found the lever we were looking for and pulled it which pulled the tray out from underneath my coffee cup which fell and crushed the tip of my finger on the concrete floor.
