During the latching of the biosolids bin to the tiger tow tractor the pintle hook of the biosolids bin was placed on the locking mechanism of the tow tractors hitch. While manually locking in the hitch the tractors jolt (when placed in neutral) caused [REDACTED] left hand to catch on the locking mechanism which resulted in a lacerated left index finger.
