What happened

Employee was laying on his stomach across the floorboard inside of a backhoe between the seat and controls with his legs hanging off the edge of the access area just above the steps. When he completed his task he attempted to place his right foot on the lower access step. When he placed his foot onto the step he attempted to back himself out of the loader backhoe and his right foot got stuck on the step and he twisted his right leg. When he twisted his right leg he said it felt like someone hit him on the outside of his right thigh just above the knee and it felt like a charley horse.
