What happened
While packing inmate property employee picked up a piece of rolled up toilet paper from under the mattress frame. When he picked the paper up he felt a sharp stick to his finger immediately dropping paper back to bed. Inside toilet paper was a homemade tattoo needle. When removing glove needle had penetrated his skin. Blood was present from needle stick.
