DA got to her delivery location around [REDACTED] and proceeded to gather her things to go make her delivery She was getting out of the van and did not realize there was a hole covered with grass that was out of her sight When she went to step out her foot got caught inside the hole and she felt a crack around her left ankle DA immediately notified Dispatch She called LMET and reported the incent (EMT679717) DA proceeded to RTS and go the urgent care to get it checked
