Before the incident

Employee was working with Remote Operating Center testing the new fan tester sent from the Tualatin lab.

What happened

A new booster fan had temporarily been placed & plugged in to verify the root cause of the issue whether the failure was coming from the string controller or the fan itself. The AC aux power was cycled at the string controller causing all 4 booster fans to ramp up to full speed & caused the unsecured fan to start lifting. By attempting to grab the fan to prevent it from damaging any wiring of the string controller resulted in finger laceration.
