Standing on the unwind side of the slitter creating a splice on the roll of film that was mounted on the unwind

Forklift driver placed a master roll of plastic film (about 2000 lbs) on the floor behind her then nudged it with the forks in an attempt to move it to the position where he wanted it (he should exited the forklift and done this with the roll pusher device).
