What happened
IW was operating the Sticker [REDACTED] when a board jammed in the dropout conveyor. While worker was attempting to right the board by jostling the tail end another employee hit the e-stop causing the arms to come down on the board and kick the back end up. IW was hit just above his right eye and caused a laceration approx 3 4 in length. After being seen in 1st Aid he was sent to the clinic where he received glue sutures.
