EE was pushing his unit over to the aisle around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. He felt a pain in his calf and immediately gave me a call. After the initial discomfort he claimed it was not hurting or giving him any issues it was just a little bit numb. We agreed for him to continue about his day and we would touch base at the end of the day. At about [REDACTED] as he was finishing for the day it had gotten much more sore and the pain was increasing. He then went and got checked out at Concentra.
