What happened
EE was working in store 437 stocking boards the larger butcher block boards. One of the boards fell out of the bay as he turned away to pick up another board. The falling board hit him in the back of the head. It left a knot in the back of his head but did not break the skin. He did 'blackout ' for a second and has a headache. His vision is normal but does notice a slight delay in his vision coming into focus.
