Loading a trailer
What happened
EE smashed finger in between wood and trailer. The injured EE was on the trailer helping the loading process and was placing a 2X4 on top of the lift. The injured employee advised the forklift operator to lower the lift however the operator raised the lift instead due to a miscommunication. When doing so the injured employee had his left thumb caught in between the 2X4 and the roof of the trailer.
