What happened
EE was picking an order when lifting a door he felt a pull on his lower back. EE didn 't think anything of it he kept working for an hr or so until he finally reported it when the pain worsened. Once reported he was offered first-aid which he declined they gave him a different job task he finished off the remainder of his day. The next day he called off and wanted to go to the clinic.
