What happened
EE loaded multiple skelp samples on lift dolly and was transporting from the truck to the flattener. While crossing the threshold of a man door the EE lost control of the dolly causing it to fall over with the handle toward the ground. The EE 's left thigh was under the handle causing a contusion.
