What happened
Employee was getting off of their pallet jack in the staging area for Goodyear in the shipping department. When stepping down the employee’s left foot slipped and the employee ended up putting all of their weight on the side of their foot when stepping onto the ground. The employee said they heard a couple pops from their foot. The nurse’s line was called and Urgent Care was recommended. The employee left for the day to go get checked out.
