What happened
EE was wrapping on box line. When they went to use the packaging paper dispenser the paper came out and hit the employee in the corner of their left eye. The unit’s dispensing rate was set to its highest level. EE did not report the incident at the time but the [REDACTED] awoke to significant discomfort in the eye and reported it at the beginning of the shift. The nurse’s line was called and it was recommended the eye be examined. EE left for the day.
