What happened
Employee was training another employee to work in Shipping Cells on [REDACTED]. Around [REDACTED] the employee dropped a pallet license sticker on the floor near Cell 16 bent over to pick it up & struck the back of their head on the dock door fan as they stood up. They were stunned initially but felt OK overall. After break they commented to the trainee that they had 2 lumps on the back of their head. The employee did not report the incident at that time to their lead or supervisor and finished out their shift.
