What happened
Employee was wrapping in station #4 and didn’t notice the red step stool on the ground. They took a step to pull a box from the Little David structure and when they turned back to the station their foot caught the step stool and their right knee twisted. They heard an audible pop and there was immediate swelling. They reported the incident to their supervisor who got them an ice pack and had them call the nurse’s phone line. Nurse’s line recommended they go to Urgent Care employee wants to wait until after shift to go nurse line recommended that they at least ice the knee once an hour until they go.
