After meeting with the Ergo committee and walking through random storage the decision was made to make M-Level exclusive to HD 's only (small case that holds 1 - 5 units) to prevent any further issues with the highbay equipment limited to height restriction. The shift managers met with the receiving department to review the new procedures.
