What happened
Coconut creamer comes into 15kg bags and it normally becomes agglomerated due to its density and packaging. In order to break down the product prior feeding it into the blender these bags need to be lifted and hit against each other (similar to the motion done to break ice bags). Employee was doing this task when he felt pain in his back and told another employee about it. The incident was reported immediately to the manager and employee received medical intervention.
