At approximately [REDACTED] the employee stood by the elevator waiting for the elevator to arrive. The resident walked towards the elevator and shouted to the employee. The resident then went 6 steps away from the employee and started yelling and walking towards the employee. The resident pushed the employee to the floor. The employee then hit her head on the wall and fell down on the floor. Then the resident continued to pace in the hallway and went back to his room. The nurse on duty called [REDACTED] and continued to monitor the resident and employee until the paramedics arrived.
