Before the incident
Picking doors with the vacuum lift.
What happened
The vacuum lift operator was picking doors. And when he went to pick up one of the doors 2 doors got picked up. A second door also got picked up due to the suction that is created between the two flat surfaces of the doors being stacked together. The assisted lifting head picked up the door so quickly that the operator did not have enough time to realize that there was a second door not secured and it lost suction causing it to fall into the operators left shin causing some bruising and minor scrapes.
