Getting a physical

EE passed out during her blood draw at Medical Clinic during her employment required physical. EE stated she was fine after eating following her blood draw. She stated that this had happened the last time she had her blood drawn. EE stated it was due to sight of the blood. She was out for roughly 2 minutes. The clinic practice is to call EMT 's when something like this occurs the EMT 's checked her vitals and the EE refused going to the hospital. She stated she did sign something from the EMT 's. She thought it was the refusal for hospital evaluation. She went back into the clinic and finished her physical and returned to work.
