What happened
[REDACTED] was pushing a yellow stockfeed tub down at the hallway behind moulding to take to the scale to weigh it. When at the end of the hallway when she began to turn to go to weigh her tub a forktruck hit the end of the rework tub and spun the tub and [REDACTED] around. She has a brush burn like abrasion on her left ankle and her left elbow was also bumped. The forktruck driver was tested and removed from operating a forktruck for now. This incident should be looked at by the hallway camera 's in the area to see what we can do to make this area safer for all employees.
