Employee reported to the supervisor 's office around clock in time at [REDACTED]. The employee notified their supervisor that they went to be seen by an outside doctor on [REDACTED] due to low back scapular pain which started the [REDACTED]. The employee stated that at the time they thought they may have slept wrong causing the discomfort but it continued to get worse over time while cupping on line 10.
