What happened
Employee was cleaning pans on Line 9 Moulding when the pan slipped causing a cut to their left index finger between their two knuckles. Employee reported to supervisor and then went to health services. Health services recommended they go out as they believed stiches were needed. Employee was to go to Concentra to be seen. Employee is to report back after visiting Concentra. Area and tools were cleaned up and ERT members looked for blood in the area.
