Before the incident
lifting bundle of material out of cradle system.
What happened
after moving the material he noticed the back cradle had fallen over out of position. He cliimbed up the back side of the cradles. he them began to pull and shift the out of position cradle to a position on the material directly beneath to stand it upright. While sliding it back the cradle got off balance and rolled back over pick points facing down. The employee them attempted to stand the cradle up again. He reached over and grabbed the edge of the cradle in an attempt to roll it back upright towards himself. As he began to rotate the cradle upright the overall weight in the awkward position caused him to lean towards the cradle allowing it to fall back to material below pinching his left ring finger between the cradle and material.
