On [REDACTED] as she was walking in through the aisle she slipped near the tool press machine stepped into an area where there was plastic raw material and started to slip. She caught herself and grabbed onto one of the machine parts to hold herself. She stated to [REDACTED] that she was fine and did not need any attention to what happened.
