What happened
Employee slipped on a piece of cardboard that was on the platform he was working on. He braced his fall against the guardrail and hopper edge. The bracing was awkward and he cut himself against the edge of the hopper. The edges of the hopper are not sharp but he impacted on it with enough force to cause a wound.
