What happened
EE was trying to pull a pin off of a component. The pin was stuck. When the pin let loose the vise grips the EE was holding knocked EE 's face shield off and left a .25 inch laceration above the left eye just beside the eyebrow. EE was not bleeding but the affected area was red. EE stated he was fine. Area struck left a slight bump. EE was sent for doctors evaluation at [REDACTED].
