What happened
There was an extension cord on the ground that runs from the outlet underneath the yellow ammonia pipes facing out towards the engine room to the fan near the freezer HMI for the O2 sensor. EE was walking noticed the extension cord stepped over it but foot caught up and EE tripped. EE helmet did fly off after the impact EE did receive a bruise on the inner upper lip and to right knee cap. EE was more shocked than hurt but was given cold packs.
