Before the incident

EE was spraying the floor and when she was finished she was rolling up the hose when the spray part it hit the back of her right and left hands

What happened

EE was performing normal duties utilizing the hot water hose to spray down the floor around her filler. While retracting the hose into the reel the momentum caused the EE to lose control of the hose. The hose and nozzle whipped up and through her grip. EE sustained abrasions and contusions to her right hand and wrist as well as fractures to her right index finger.
