A [REDACTED] working with his crew probing and hand shoveling discovery work under a large sleeper rack at tank 90 The work required the employees to walk and probe between the various sized lines which sit approximately 12 inch off the ground The job is for the repair and replacement of the sleeper rack foundations The employees used a sheet of plywood to set their tools on and use as a working surface which was resting on top of the sleeper rack While repositioning the plywood the employee stepped up unto a line when his foot slipped off While falling he attempted to brace himself and felt pain in his left wrist when contacting another line The employees boots were in good condition however there was mud and water accumulated under the lines
