A TIG employee was attempting to lower down the mast on a mobile light plant to off rent In the process of lowering the mast down the light plant jammed The employee notice cable on light plant had some extra slack Employee tried to use right hand to put pressure on the mast hoping it would free jam and continued to attempt lowering down mast with left hand The employee took focus off right hand and mast slid down contacting right hand
