What happened
Work group was tasked with completing a 16 inch expansion joint make up above pump CCW on the 12th floor in the [REDACTED] Unit The piping system included a plate support bolted within flange bolts of a 16 inch flange While installing the bottom spool above the support it was determined that the support bolts had to be removed so that the spool would have the clearance to be installed While removing the last bolt going through the plate support the bottom flange shifted to the south approx 15 inch to 2 inch When the bottom spool shifted the injured employees finger was caught due to hand placement in the tight area below the support
