Loosening bolts

Employees were tasked with installing runner beams to the column beams for module build The injured worker stated he had tighten the nuts and bolts on the opposite end of the beam thinking this would support the weight of the beam he then loosen and removed the nuts on the other end of beam in order to install the next beam over that would not fit needed more clearance When he hit the last bolt with a hammer the bolt came out and the beam fell on the employees right foot The foreman then lifted the beam enough for the worker to remove his foot
