What happened
EE found broken glass in the drawer at Coating Lab 7A and decided to dispose it into the green bucket for broken glass waste As EE tried to open the lid the broken glass caught on the green bucket lid He then decided to nudge the piece of broken glass into the bucket and his right knuckled index finger came in contact with the glass EE was sent to the circle health center and he received Sitches The cut was about half an inch deep According to EE there was 2 internal stitches and 4 external EE was excused on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] with no further restrictions This has been classified as a lost time incident and OSHA recordable
