What happened
Employee was working at the GTV HMI when they realized the window on the equipment was open They reached cross body towards the window and pushed the window closed In order to close the window the last half inch the employee repositioned their hand placement by moving their arm dorsally Upon the final push the shoulder of the right arm dislocated
