Before the incident
TM was unloading trailer.
What happened
While Unloading the trailer TM felt a sharp pain in their lower back then continued to work. the TM went to rest in the Sleeper birth while the other TM began their shift. When he began to work again the pain was not as severe. While continuing the route the pain returned but TM was able to finish the route. After the shift the pain continued but as the night progressed is became worse and TM began to have difficulty moving. The TM did not report the Injury until the next day when the pain became worse.
