Before the incident

What happened
Employee does not remember a specific time when she felt her wrist get injured however after the training her right wrist was sore stiff and she experienced slight numbness in her fingers. She stated she believes her wrist was likely injured during the weapon retention drills as it was sore right after.

Right wrist sprain. She advised that she woke up the next day with her wrist still feeling sore and stiff. Employee was wearing a wrist brace when she reported to training the following day.
